Sunday February 21, 2010. Left home around 10:15 and picked Joan up at 10:30. We went to the Tim Horton’s on FallowField Road.





Then we went to the parking lot of Via Rail across the street to have our tea and bagel. We called my friend Osman to wish him a happy birthday and maybe stop by for a visit, but his wife and daughter weren’t home so we said we would visit another time. We next called Kristal and Dale (Joan's daughter), but they weren’t home.

We drove around for a while then went to the Colonnade restaurant on Merivale Road to have a pineapple and ham pizza. I think the pizza at the Colonnade is the best in the city. Joan and I decided that we will have pizza once a month from now on. Took Joan home around 12:30.











When I arrived home I place the extra peanut butter we got from Tim Horton's in our jar. I think it's time we started looking for a bigger jar.

Sunday February 14, 2010. Valentine's Day. I didn't see Joan last Sunday because I was under the weather.








I picked Joan up at around 10:30 today and we headed for the Tim Horton's on Baseline Raod. We had our usual, a tea for me and a coffee for Joan and we split a mutli-grian bagel with peanut butter. (We have already been here)




We drove around for while then called Mark (Lorna's son) to wish him Happy Birthday.

Dropped by Anna's place to say hello, and then we went to Donna's Restuarant for our usual lunch.

It was a short day today since I still wasn't felling all that well.

Sunday January 31, 2010. I'm going to take Joan out today. My back feels fine so I'm going to attempt it and see how things go. Got to the nursing home around 10:00 and Joan was sitting in the hallway. Told her we we're going out today and she got really excited. We went to the Tim Horton's "On the Run" on Prince of Whales.

We took our tea and bagel and drove to the Experimental Farm to have breakfast.




Because it had been awhile since Joan and I were out together (since my back injury we hadn't been out to Tim Horton's since November 28, 2009) we decided to celebrate and we went to Glenn's chip wagon for hotdogs and french fries.

Joan and I returned to the nursing home around 12:30.
