Sunday January 18, 2009. I was tired today and it was snowing badly so I decided I wouldn’t take Joan out. However, when I arrived at the nursing home it turned out they ( Garden Terrace) didn’t want the residents to leave the premises anyways as they were under quarantine due to a virus. So I left and went to the Tim Horton’s on Edgwater where I usual go to pick up our tea and bagel when I’m not taking Joan out.
I stayed and had lunch with Joan and June , the lady who shares the dinning room table with Joan, and June's son Brian and Brian's wife Joan.
I helped served the residents like I use to do when a went there on Wednesdays.
