Sunday January 4, 2009. I am not taking Joan out to a Tim Horton's today, instead we are going to have our sibling’s day today. Sibling's day is the day my brother and sisters get together shortly after Christmas, since we are not all together at Christmas. We have been doing this since Joan moved to Ottawa in 2003.
Barry arrived at my place around 10 o'clock and we were off to get Joan. It was a little harder to get Joan into the car since we were using Barry's car which is a little higher than mine. We always have the sibling's day at Sharon's place which was our family home, in Aylmer , Quebec. We arrived around 11 o'clock and stayed till 2:30. We had hot turkey sandwiches for lunch.

We sat around the table after lunch and looked at old family pictures and just talked and laughed about the pictures and who was in them. Around 2:30 Barry and I took Joan home.
